Stephen Schlabach is Senior Pastor as well as the Founder of Shining Light Bible Church of Sarasota, Florida which began its existence in 1994.  Pastor Stephen graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1992.  He travels extensively throughout the world ministering on leadership in Bible Schools and in local churches.
